After spending 5 years of his life in England learning music production, Raphael Esterhazy chose to head back to his native Belgium and start his solo project Konoba.
His first full album “Smoke & Mirrors” was released in January 2017 and followed by a series of sold out shows all across Belgium, including Ancienne Belgique and Cirque Royal.

To an impressive production work, Konoba adds a clever dosage of machines and instruments, of dream and reality, of melancholic vocals and pop melodies. These songs will make you dance, dream and lose yourself in them.

R.O is a 24 yrs old producer who has passed huge steps since his first release on the OZ label Adapted Records back in 2013. He started making music at the age of 13 and never stopped since. Instrumentalist at first (guitar, bass), he quickly got interested into sound  manipulation, and the making of electronic music in general and dropped school to pursue his career. With a blending of future hip hop, soul, bass music the young Belgian has been getting a lot of attention from overseas these past few months, with his latest tunes being played around the world by big international names such as Dillon francis, Getter, Porter Robinson, NGHTMRE or Haywyre. Very active on the Belgian electronic scene he also had the chance to open for Lost frequencies, Madeon, Pretty Lights or Griz as well as touring Australia… twice! If several of his most recent remixes have reached over 1 million streams online, R.O still favours composing and performing his own music, notably two successful collaborations with Konoba. He is currently finishing his Debut EP, to be released by Sony Music.

The two artists met in 2015 and decided to start collaborating. Just a few months later, they composed “On Our Knees” which quickly became a huge hit online, with over 20  million views to date across all platforms. They decided to keep working together and  released a second single together, called “Get Home”. The track was notably used by famous US dancer and choreographer Sean Lew. The two artists are particularly complementary and many have described the partnership as a classic example of “the whole being greater than the sum of its parts”. R.O’s impressive electronic production skills provide powerful and rich beats and synths while Konoba’s haunting vocal melodies and harmonies add a thick layer of emotion and catchiness. A new 5 track EP will be released in March 2018, just before the start of the trip.
